|Summary of contents|
Alred James CRAZE of Liverpool, Lancashire. Commission Agent.
Ada SIMPSON of Penzance, Cornwall. Spinster.
William COLLENSO of Penzance, Cornwall. Painter & Decorator.
Frank SIMPSON of Penzance, Cornwall. Outfitter.
This is a settlement prior to the intended marriage of Alfred Craze to Ada Simpson. It begins by reciting the Will of James Samuel Couldrey Simpson (father of Ada) in which he left £2000 in the hands of trustees to be paid to Ada seven years after his death. The trustees were William Collenso and Elizabeth Simpson, the wife of James Simpson. James Simpson died in 1892.
Ada Simpson is now placing the £2000 in the hands of William Collenso and Frank Simpson as Trustees, along with any other real or personal property which she might become entitled to during her marriage. The trustees are to apply the funds to any children of the marriage or otherwise as directed by Ada Simpson.
