The document concerns a dwellinghouse at Litchdon in the town of Barnstaple, Devon, together with half of the cellar behind. We are told that in 1823 and 1824 George Wilkey mortgaged this property to William Scott for £200.
The mortgage is now being transferred from William Scott to Christopher Vicary. Charles Carter appears to be acting as a Trustee.
