SUBJECT Edward Taylor is selling property at Aston in the Parish of Stone, Staffordshire, to Edward Jervis for £2600. It consists of 11 parcels of land, all separately named and totalling about 58 acres. We are told that Paul Smith is involved only as a Trustee used in a previous contract to circumvent rights to Dower. He plays little real part.
