|Fair. Somewhat discoloured for its age, but otherwise good.|

|Summary of contents:|
Jonathan FISKE of Heddington, Oxford.
George RACKSTROW of Heddington, Oxford. Gentleman. Steward of the Manor.
This is a record of a Special Court Baron of the Manor of Heddington, Oxfordshire in which Jonathan Fiske is surrendering copyhold property to the Lord and Lady of the Manor. It is a piece of ground about 40ft x 60ft with a building on it which is used as a chapel.
The intention is that the Lord and Lady of the Manor will enfranchise the land (ie convert it to freehold) and then convey it to the trustees of the chapel (who are listed and include Jonathan Fiske).
