The document begins by reciting that in 1810 Thomas Whorwood had mortgaged property in Marston, Oxfordshire, to William Simmons for £2,000. This mortgage is now being transferred to Richard Smith.
The property consists of freehold premises in the Parish of Marston, and partly of a leasehold farm called Court Place, in the same parish.
Percival Walsh is acting only as a trustee to receive the rents of the leasehold farm.
