This is the first part of a contract of sale by Lease and Release in which William Wenman is selling property in Stone, Staffordshire, to the other two parties.
It consists of two plots of land in Stoke, in the Parish of Stone, totalling a little over 1 acre and bounded on one side by the Grand Trunk Canal. This land contains a dwellinghouse, brassworks, offices and a recently erected building for the manufacture of brass wire, including a steam engine.
