|Summary of contents|
Joseph SHELLEY of Haywood, Staffordshire. Farmer.
Edward BLURTON of Field House, Parish of Eccleshall, Staffordshire. Gentleman.
The Hon Edward Swynfen JERVIS of Little Aston Hall, Parish of Shenstone, Staffordshire.
Edward Jervis is buying property at Aston in the Parish of Stone, Staffordshire, consisting of:
* A parcel of 2 acres on the East of the turnpike from Stone to Stafford
* A parcel of 6 acres called The Big Thistley Field
* A parcel of 3 roods known as a Pingle Dole on the North West side of the River Trent
He is paying £850 in total of which £350 goes direct to Joseph Shelley (the seller) and £500 goes to Edward Blurton to pay off a mortgage on the property. It appears that Joseph Shelley had bought the land in 1846 although Edward Blurton had held a mortgage on it before that time.
