This is the first part of a contract of sale by Lease and Release in which William Whorwood and Percival Walsh are selling property in Headington, Oxfordshire, to James Johnson and Francis Mitchell.

The property consists of a farmhouse and two cottages with various parcels of land totalling 202 acres. Some smaller parcels are individually named as Wheat Crowell, Godfrey's Crowell, North Crowell, and Furze Crowell. However, the largest part is in the "commonable" South Field.
