The Indenture relates to warehouses and factories on the corner of Colegate Srtreet and Church Alley in the parish of St Clements, Norwich. In total the plot is about 86 feet by 100 feet.
The property is now being sold to Henry and Louis Willett for £22,500. It has previously been owned by other four parties who are trading as partners under the name of "Bolingbroke Jones & Company".
We are told that earlier members of the partnership has been William Jones and Fanny Cecilia Bolingbroke (widow) but "They have ceased to have any share or interest in the business". Other relevant names mentioned in an Indenture of 1860 were
