Edward WELLINGS of Ludlow, Shropshire. Mercer.
John BISHOP of Aylton, Herefordshire. Yeoman.
John Weyman DUPPA of The Bach, Parish of Culmington, Shropshire. Gentleman.
This is the first part of a contract of sale by Lease and Release in which Edward Wellings and John Bishop are selling property in Aylton, Herefordshire, to John Duppa.
The property consists of a Capital Messuage (which usually means Manor House) together with about 29 other parcels of land all separately described, totalling about 135 acres. It is all described as "now in the possession or occupation of John Bishop". (It is not quite clear how Edward Wellings comes into it).
