Arthur Little is selling land in the Parish of Prittlewell, Essex, to Thomas Dowsett for £1,100. It consists of two closes of arable land in the Town Fields of Prittlewell, which were part of Hamlet Lodge Farm, totalling 8 acres.
We are told that this was formerly copyhold land in the Manor of Milton Hall, but it was enfranchised (ie converted to freehold land) in November 1892.
The signature on the document is that of Robert Burgoyne who has Power of Attorney for Arthur Little.
