SUBJECT This is the first part of a contract of sale by Lease and Release in which Samuel Jones is buying property in Hope Mansell from the other 3 parties. It is a plot of 22 perches and adjoins the garden of Samuel Jones. We are told that it was originally part of the wasteland of the Parish but was enclosed some 40 years earlier.
