PARTIES
Arthur PAWSON of number 1, Hare Court, The Temple, Middlesex. Barrister. Moses FIRTH of Kippax, Yorkshire. Miner. John Falshaw PAWSON (deceased) of Mill Hill, Parish of Hendon, Middlesex. SUBJECT The indenture relates to a messuage and shop in Kippax, Yorkshire, bounded on the West by Church Lane and on the South by the Town's Street. We are told that at some time this property was occupied by Jane PAWSON and after that by Ann PAWSON. It eventually came into the hands of John Falshaw PAWSON who died in 1877 after appointing his sons John Ellerton PAWSON and Arthur PAWSON as executors. Arthur PAWSON is now selling the property to Moses Firth for £275. | |||||||||||
