It appears to be copyhold land of the manor held for the three lifetimes of John Jenner (the elder), John Jenner his son, and Henry Zachary Jenner, his grandson. Ann has now sold the copyhold land to Richard King for £225 with the agreement of Charles Pettat and her two sons Robert and John.
