Bridget Fallowfield of Great Dockray, Penrith, Cumberland, Widow George Irving of Penrith, Cumberland, Ironmonger Rowland Walter Slack of Penrith, Cumberland, Clerk to Justices Thomas Glasson of Penrith, Cumberland, Brewer SUBJCT The document begins by reciting Indentures of 1876 and 1881 in which Joseph Fallowfield bought various properties in the township of Hutton Soil. He died in 1886 leaving the property to his wife Bridget and two other trustees. In 1892 the two original trustees were replaced by George Irving and Rowland Slack. Bridget Fallowfield and the two trustees are now selling the property to Thomas Glasson for £530. It is all copyhold land at Penruddock in the Manor of Hutton Soil consisting of : 1. 7 acres of Inclosed land known as High Craig, Little Acre, Middle Acre and Low Acre. 2.
