Subject
The document begins by reciting that Thomas Peters acquired property in Iron Acton in 1832. He then mortgaged it to Daniel Sargeant for 200, but is now selling it to Thomas Keepin for 160, all of which is paid direct to Daniel Sargeant.

The property consists of a plot of 24 perches with a building used as a Coopers Shop and Bakehouse behind and also one other messuage. The plot is bounded on the North by the turnpike from Iron Acton to Wotton Underedge.

Note that Henry Ray appears to act only as some sort of trustee and plays little real part.
