|Summary of contents:|
John Adams of Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. Esquire.
Elisabeth Crump of Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. Widow (formerly Elisabeth Smith) of William Crump of Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. Gardener.
William Crump of Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. Yeoman.
Thomas Reading of Alvechurch, Worcestershire. Butcher.
William Doogood of Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. Gentleman.
Sarah Smith (deceased) of Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, Widow of Thomas Smith.
The document begins by reciting the will of Sarah Smith of Bromsgrove who died in 1836 having left two freehold cottages in Alvechurch to John Adams who, acting as Executor and Trustee, was to pay the rents and profits to Elisabeth Crump.
Elisabeth Crump is now selling the two cottages to Thomas Reading for £90. She does this with the consent of John Adams as Trustee and of William Crump (who is, presumably, her son).
William Doogood only appears as some sort of Trustee and appears to play little real part.
