This is the first part of a contract of sale by Lease and Release in which William Moore and James Tyers are selling property in Kidderminster to the last 5 named parties (ie Messrs Pitt, Badland, Carpenter, Nettleship and Parks).
The property consists of a plot of land near the Horse Fair bounded on the North by Bird Lane; 5 tenements have been built on it, one of which is occupied by James Tyers.
Note that we are told that William Moore is the eldest son and heir at law of Joseph Moore.
