The document begins by reciting an Indenture of 1822 in which James Tyers has paid off £20/15/-d of the mortgage but is now selling the property to the other five parties (Pitt, Perkes, Badland, Carpenter and Nettleship) for £400. Of this sum, £269/5/-d is paid direct to the Moores to pay off the mortgage.
The property is near to the Horse Fair in Kidderminster and contains 445 yards (sic) and has five messuages built on it.
