We are told that George Folkard had previously mortgaged this property in 1911 to Richard Rowson, Joseph Oliver and Walter Ainsworth for 350. He had also mortgaged it to Francis Jackson for a further 75. These two moprtgages are being paid off by the purchaser so that George Folkard receives a net sum of 65.
