Edward Russell is now buying property in Hull for £610/13/6d which had originally been in the estate of Wiliam Harrison-Broadley (deceased) although part of it had later been sold to the Alexandra and Minerva property companies. The property consists of 5 dwellinghouses (one of which includes a shop) on the South side of Holderness Road and on the East side of Brindley Street. Three memoranda added on the cover note the sale of three of these houses in 1909, 1928 and 1932. The latter two were by then numbered 516 and 520 Holderness Road. | |||||||||||
