Joseph French THOMPSON of Kingston upon Hill, Yorkshire. Solicitor.
Annie CAUBY of Kingston upon Hull, Yorkshire. Widow.
Mary WARRINER (deceased) of Bridlington, Yorkshire. Widow.
The document begins by reciting the will of Mary Warriner who died in 1898 having appointed Joseph Thompson and George SWALES as Executors and Trustees. George Swales has since died and Annie Cauby is being appointed as a new Trustee in his place.
It appears that Mary Warriner had a daughter Annie Maria Cauby and a codicil had been added to the will giving £20 to the Annie Cauby in this indenture.
The document specifically mentions two properties in Hull which had been owned by Mary Warriner; one in Wilton Terrace, Holderness Road, and the other in the High Street.
