The Indenture relates to property at number 33 St Georges Street, Commercial Road, Peckham. We are told that a 99 year lease on the property has been granted in 1852 at which time the buildings on it were then newly erected. The residue of this lease came into the hands of Richard Chaplin in May 1865.
He is now mortgaging it to the Soho Building Society for £210.
