This is a court document of the Manor of Tunstead on the part of Lancasters (which is in Norfolk).
It tells us that George Purdy is selling all his copyhold land in the manor to Robert Purdy for £340. Accordingly, he is surrendering it into the hands of the Lord of the Manor to the use and behoof of Robert Purdy.
