They are giving a 9 year lease on property in Hurworth upon Tees to William Steele at a rent of £2 per annum. The property is a plot of 248 square yards with a dwellinghouse fronting onto the road from Croft to Hurworth.
The current tenant is Sir William Chaytor who is also the occupier of all the surrounding land. He is giving his consent to the lease.
