|Summary of contents:|
Henry William Townsend of Headington, Oxfordshire. Gentleman.
Richard Dossett of the Parish of St Aldgate, City of Oxford. Gentleman.
The document begins by reciting an Indenture of 1859 in which Henry Cowley of the City of Oxford mortgaged property in Headington to Henry Townsend for £300. Henry Cowley has since defaulted on the mortgage which gives Henry Townsend the power to sell it, which he is now doing - for £200 to Richard Dossett.
The property consists of 3 cottages in Headington, which were formerly a single dwellinghouse.
