The document begins by reciting an Indenture of 1852 in which a 99 year lease was granted on property then newly erected, or in the course of erection, at 33 George Street, Commercial Road, Peckham, Surrey.
In 1863 the residue of this lease came into the hands of William Potter, and he is now selling it for £220 to Richard Chaplin.
