Summary of contents:
Frederick ROBSON of 33 Victoria Lane, Coundon, County Durham. Builder
The Auckland Union Permanent Society

Frederick Robson is morgaging copyhold property in Coundon to The Auckland Building Society for 400. It consists of 3 houses at 33 Victoria Lane and at numbers 8/9 Clyde Terrace East.

A memorandum of January 1921 tells us of a covenant to surrender the property at No.8 Clyde Terrace East to Robert Davies, Miner, and his wife Dorothy. The second memorandum of February 1923 is a similar covenant to surrender No.9 Clyde Terrace East to George Thomas Sewell. In both cases these properties appear to have been sold free of any mortgage charge.

A final memorandum on the back is an acknowledgement by the Auckland Building Society that the mortgage was paid off in July 1923.
