John LEABERRY of Bletchley, Buckinghamshire. Farmer. John GRACES of Great Horwood. This is a document of the General Court Baron of the Manor of Great Horwood, Buckinghamshire. It records that John Leaberry has sold copyhold property in the Manor to John Graces for £100. It consists of "one cottage now divided into two tenements with a Pightle thereto adjoining" in Wood End Lane, Great Horwood. The "Lord of the Manor" is the warden and scholars of New College, Oxford. The Steward if the Manor who has signed the document is William Bragge. | |||||||||||||
