Thomas Brooke of Codwall, Staffordshire. Esquire.
William Smith of Madeley, Shropshire. Gentleman.
Robert Ward of Madeley, Shropshire. Collier.
This is a record of an agreement in which Thomas Brooks is selling property in Madeley, Shropshire, to William Smith for £553, of which £100 is paid immediately and the balance upon occupation.
The property consists of two parcels of land totalling 6 acres known as Big Landymore(?) and Little Landymore(?).
A Memorandum has been added in which William Smith agrees to sell the same land to Robert Ward on the same terms. Both the original agreement and the Memorandum are signed by the relevant parties.
