This is the first part of a contract of sale by Lease and Release in which Thomas Denn and David Long are jointly selling property in Shipdham, Norfolk, to John Crisp.
It consists of a messuage with field adjoining, totalling 5 acres, bounded on the North by the King's Highway and adjoining the churchyard. We are told that the property was formerly in the occupation of David Long (deceased).
