SUBJECT
All the parties listed above are beneficiaries under the will of Thomas Swetnam of The Green Man Inn, Croxden, written in 1851. Apparently, the will has been disputed but the parties have now agreed that it will be carried out as it was intended.

The main provisions are summarised as follows:

1. The goods, furniture and farming stock at The Green Man Inn goes to Lewis Swetnam.

2. The household goods and furniture of some other house goes to William Byatt.

3. One bed goes to Sarah Whitehurst.
