Thomas Dawkins is buying property in Sheperdswell, Kent, from Robert Amos for £280.
The property consists of the dwelling house known as 'Ivydene' in Botolph Street (also known as Butter Lane) together with a plot of land at the rear of 'Ivydene'. We are told that Robert Amos acquired 'Ivydene' in 1905 and the exta plot of land behind it in 1919.
