|Summary of contents|
Caleb Day of Coventry, Warwickshire. Builder.
Joseph Day of Coventry, Warwickshire. Cabinet Maker.
We are told that Caleb Day owes Joseph Day £72 and Joseph has asked for repayment. Caleb is unable to pay and wants to borrow a further £150. The two loans are now being secured on a mortgage of property in Coventry.
The property is part of lands called Chapel Fields at Spon End in the Parish of St John Baptist, in the City of Coventry, and contains 340 square yards. It is on the West side, a new street called Mount Street. Caleb Day only bought the land on the day before his mortgage.
