Evan JONES of Bangor, Carnarvonshire. Stonemason.
Morris GRIFFITH of Bangor, Carnarvonshire. Gentleman.
Richard HUGHES of Bangor, Carnarvonshire. Mariner (died 1815).
The document begins by reciting the will of Richard Hughes (deceased) who was the father of John Hughes and husband of Mary Hughes. He left all his property in Bangor to his wife during her lifetime and then to his son, John, with his wife as Executrix.
Evan Jones is now buying property in Bangor from John Hughes for the price of £12 and Mary Hughes has given up her lifetime interest in it. The plot is in Mountain Street, contains 98 square yards, and is currently in the occupation of Evan Jones. Morris Griffith appears to be a Trustee in the contract.
