|Summary of contents:|
Edward Edwards of 27 Northumberland Street, Strand, Westminster. Gentleman.
William Broome of 18 Dorchester Place, Blandford Square, Middlesex. Accountant.
We are told that Edward Edwards has possession in fee simple of a piece of land in Kessingland, Suffolk, with 4 cottages recently built on it.
He has already mortgaged the land in 1855 to John Harvey of London for £200 and is currently in debt to William Broome for a further £132. He is now giving a second mortgage on the property to William Broome to secure the latter debt.
