The document begins by reciting that George Stevenson of Newbold Moor, (Plumber), died in October 1915, having appointed Geore Stevenson, (the one who is party to this document), and Wilfred Windle as his Executors.
These Executors are now selling property in the township of Newbold, Chesterfield, to Alfred Lowe for £585. It consists of a plot of land with 4 houses, numbers 25 27 29 and 31 Samforth Street, Newbold Moor.
We are told that George Stevenson (deceased) had acquired the property in 1897.
