The Right Honorable Hylton George HYLTON, Baron Hylton of Ammerdown, Somerset.
William TOVEY of Midsomer Norton, Somerset. Builder.
Baron Hylton is giving a 99 year lease on property in Kilmerson, Somerset, to William Tovey. The property is known as No 4 Haydon Villas on the road from Radstock to Charlton, formerly on a farm known as Tyning Farm. The rent is £1 per annum.
The two letters attached are both signed by Edward Knox acting on behalf of Baron Hilton. The first, in 1905, authorises William Tovey to mortgage the property, and the second, of 1909, gives permission to sell the residue of the lease.
