|Summary of contents:|
Mary Elizabeth EMMOTT (nee PEEL) of Broadhead Farm, Oakworth, Keighley, Yorkshire. The wife of Peter EMMOTT of Broadhead Farm, Oakworth, Keighley, Yorkshire. Farmer.
EXECUTORS AND TRUSTEES
William Edward PEEL (brother of Mary Emmott)
Peel EMMOTT (son of Mary Emmott)
Mary Emmott leaves all her property to her Trustees for the use of her husband during his lifetime and then to be divided between any of her children who reach the age of 21.
Unfortunately, no specific property is listed and no children are named except her son Peel. The grant of probate values her effects at £816.
An interesting printed note is attached to say that probate is granted on condition that nothing is distributed to any German or Austro-Hungarian subject.
