|Summary of contents:|
Frank Dutch of Leytonstone, Essex. Trading as Frank Dutch & Company Provision Merchant. (Debtor).
Jane Silver, wife of Mr Silver of Maidenhead, Berkshire.
Eliza Dutch of 10 George Street, Bath, Somerset. Widow.
Eliza Curtis of Harlesden, Middlesex, wife of James Payne Curtis.
Sarah Dutch, wife of Frank Dutch.
The business of Frank Dutch is deep in debt and he is reaching an agreement with his creditors. Most of these are trade creditors who are listed on a schedule (Crosse and Blackwell Limited is the only one clearly legible) who are to be paid 10 shillings in the pound in 3 installments over the next 5 months.
The other parties to the Indenture are also creditors, but are presumably family and / or friends. No repayment is promised to any of them, and they agree not to ask for any repayment until the payment to the trade creditors have been made in full.
