Samuel FIRTH of Wakefield Road, Bradford, Yorkshire. Furniture Broker. Enoch WHITAKER of 17 Bedford Street, Wakefield Road, Bradford, Yorkshire. Mechanical Engineer. James EDMONDSON of Milton Street, Burnley, Lancashire. Insurance Agent. John COULTHURST of Gargrave House, Gargrave, Yorkshire. Esquire. JP. SUBJECT The document begins by reciting the Will of James Edmondson of Icornshaw in the Parish of Kildwick, Yorkshire, who died in 1851. His Will required that after the death of his wife, Jane, his property should be sold and divided among his children. The two Trustees appointed by James Edmondson both died and the court has since appointed Samuel Firth, Enoch Whitaker and James Edmondson as new Trustees. These three are now selling property in Cowling, Yorkshire, to John Coulthurst for £2 (sic). The property is a plot of land 29 yards x 8 yards with 4 cottages. It is bounded on the south by the High Road from Cowling to Colne. | ||||||||||||
