John EDWARDS of Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire. Labourer.
Lucy EDWARDS, wife of John EDWARDS
Gilbert EAST of Hall Place, Parish of Hurley, Berkshire.
Sir East George Clayton EAST of Hall Place, Parish of Hurley, Berkshire.
John Edwards is selling property in Hurley, Berkshire, to Gilbert East for £200. We are told that it came into the hands of John Edwards from his brother Thomas Edwards of Hurley, Labourer, who died intestate in 1841.
The property consists of a cottage with orchard and garden at Sunlley Green. It is bounded on three sides by land owned by Sir East East (sic), who otherwise only appears as a trustee in the contract and plays little real part.
