We are told that George Sheer is a trustee appointed under the will of John Anderson. Accordingly he holds copyhold property in trust for Thomas Anderson. George Sheer is now appointing Henry England as a new trustee under this will. To effect this change, George Sheer surrenders the property to the Lord of the Manor and Henry Englnad is admitted to it.
