Lord Stafford gives a 99 year lease on property in Castletown, Stafford to James Archer at a rent of 12 shillings per annum.
The property is bounded on the East by North Street and on the West by the Stafford and Uttoxeter Railway. James Archer undertakes to build "a good and substantial dwellinghouse of brick and tile or slate according to a plan already agreed upon".
