PARTIES
David Davies EVANS of 109 Knightsbridge in the County of Middlesex. William Septimus DAVIES of New York, Lampeter, Cardiganshire. John WILLIAMS of Liverpool, Lancashire. Builder. The Mayor, Aldermen and Citizens of Liverpool acting as the Local Education Authority. SUBJECT The Liverpool Corporation own an area known as "the school site" in Dingle Lane, Liverpool. They want to erect a wall around the site but this requires release from covenants with the owners of many neighbouring properties. This is a long indenture trying to sort the whole thing out. The other three parties all appear to be trustees for blocks of property, but John Williams also comes into it acting on his own account. | ||||||||||||
