The earlier lease is being surrendered and a new 23 year lease granted for an annual rent of £16 for the first 3 years rising to £30 thereafter.
The property is in the hamlet of Ratcliffe, parish of St. Anne, Limehouse, Middlesex. It faces Queen Street in the North and abutts onto other freehold land of Elizabeth and Nancy Houghton on the South.
