It consists of 2 dwelling houses, shops and outbuildings and is now in the occupation of Benjamin Fearnside.
The second indenture of 1905 (written on the back) transfers the mortgage, of which the full £160 is still outstanding, from the Friendly Society to Laura Sophia Chater of Tenby, Pembrokeshire.
