In the 1877 Indenture Frederic Fearnside is borrowing 160 from the Loyal Anchor of Hope Lodge No 3018 on the security of property in Palace Street, in the Parish of Saint George of Tombland, Norwich, Norfolk. It consists of 2 dwelling houses, shops and outbuildings and is now in the occupation of Benjamin Fearnside.

The second indenture of 1905 (written on the back) transfers the mortgage, of which the full 160 is still outstanding, from the Friendly Society to Laura Sophia Chater of Tenby, Pembrokeshire.
