Anthony BUDDRY of the City of Norwich. Grocer.
William WEBSTER the Younger of the City of Norwich. Innkeeper.
This is the first part of a contract of lease and release in which Anthony Buddry is selling property in Norwich to William Webster. The property is in the Parish of Saint George of Tombland, Norwich, consisting of a "dwelling house with outhouses, edifices, buildings, yard" bounded by the common street towards the south and by a Mill house towards the north.
The sale gives free liberty of passage through the stable yard to Pig Lane. The property appears to have come into the hands of Anthony Buddry in 1802.
