Thomas ROBINSON of Norwich, Norfolk. Schoolmaster.
John PATTESON of Norwich, Norfolk. Alderman.
Rebecca MARKS of East Rudham, Norfolk. Widow.
John MARKS (deceased) of Norwich, Norfolk. Plumber and Glazier.
We are told that Thomas Robinson and John Patteson have both recently bought property in the parish of St Simon and Jude, Norwich, from Rebecca Marks. There are some earlier Deeds relating to both properties which are to be kept by Thomas Robinson.
Accordingly he is making this covenant that he will produce the relevant deeds if required at the request of John Patteson.
A schedule lists the relevant deeds, starting in 1734. It appears that the property came into the hands of John Marks of Norwich in 1772 and then passed to his eldest son Thomas Marks in 1785.
