Conveyance of two plots of land with a total of 13 dwelling houses on the East side of Division Road in the Borough of Kingston Upon Hull. These are being sold by John Arthur HOLDSWORTH and Frederick Charles MIDGLEY to Frederick SIMPSON for £650. The property is being sold subject to a mortgage for £1700 which is still outstanding. This mortgage had been made in 1895 by Holdsworth and Midgley to the following three mortgages:
1. Arthur Currer BRIGGS of Woodlands Roundhay near Leeds. Colliery Owner.
2. Sarah MEEK of Brough in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Widow
3. Herbert Denham MEEK of Goole in the West Riding of Yorkshire. Merchant.
