SUBJECT
Conveyance of two plots of land with a total of 13 dwelling houses on the East side of Division Road in the Borough of Kingston Upon Hull. These are being sold by John Arthur HOLDSWORTH and Frederick Charles MIDGLEY to Frederick SIMPSON for 650. The property is being sold subject to a mortgage for 1700 which is still outstanding. This mortgage had been made in 1895 by Holdsworth and Midgley to the following three mortgages:
